What we can do for you
We are specialists in representing people subject to the Mental Health Act 1983. We can advise you of your rights and help you apply for discharge through a Tribunal or Managers' Hearing. We can also help you to express your concerns about how you are being treated, the medication you are being given, the provisions for leave and any other concerns you may have.

We represent people under legal aid. An application for a Tribunal is eligible for legal aid and is not means tested, and so you would not be asked to provide financial information or pay anything. Managers' Hearings are also eligible for legal aid but are means tested. We will never charge you for our services without informing you in writing in advance of any charges and getting your confirmation to proceed.

We do not deal with clinical negligence or other such litigation.
